I see a lot of advice out there about reminding yourself to rest and to not overwork. However, I feel like I need help trying to get MORE work done especially as I'm trying to start my own photography business. I am very comfortable with rest and relaxation, but get overwhelmed with having big goals/tasks. Do you have any advice for a Type 9 who tends to avoid tasks when feeling overwhelmed and doesn't need more advice saying to rest?
