For many of us and I would suspect you and I are in this boat together just because you are here - we spend our lives seeking out who we are and how to express that to the world or fix it or heal it or understand it. Many of us have dedicated our life to the art of figuring out who we are and helping others to do the same. 

But I know the concept is much more complicated than we tend to make it. For many - the phrase “be yourself” can be quite the pain point. What does that even mean? 

Today I want to tackle the element of self. What does it mean to be who we are?
