Today we are talking about all things self-trust.

Self-trust means consistently staying true to yourself. At its very core, trusting yourself means you look after your own needs and safety, treating yourself with love and compassion rather than striving for perfection when you trust yourself, you know, deep down, that you can survive difficulties and you will always be there for yourself. 

So often, when someone struggles with self-confidence, I think they are really facing a serious lack of self-trust.
