I’m super excited today to have the pleasure to introduce you all to the one and only Jay Malloy. Jay is a real estate investor and built his foundations of real estate investing through wholesaling. We touch a bit on what exactly Jay does, but more importantly, we talk about the HOW.

So often we talk about strategy (especially me!). We build out our step by step pathway to follow, we build our strategy, we think tactically, all to achieve our desired end result. One thing a lot of us fail to truly evaluate and plan for in our preparation, and what we often fail to work on consistently, is OURSELVES.
