How to Calculate Your Mental Health Score | Ep. 81

In last week's interview about radical mental health transparency, Todd Hopwood broadly discussed the 10 questions he asks himself each day.

In this follow up episode, we breakdown those 10 questions, how you should assess them, and how to calculate your score so that you can better track your mental health and mood.

Here are the 10 questions:

  1. How motivated am I today?
  2. What are my perceived energy levels?
  3. Are simple tasks easy or difficult?
  4. How well have I slept lately?
  5. How's my physical health today?
  6. How purposeful do I feel?
  7. How connected am I to family and friends?
  8. How has my diet been lately?
  9. How are my stress levels?
  10. How easy or difficult is decision making for me today?

    What does your daily score mean:

    1. 10/10 -  All time, lifetime peak form
    2. 9/10 -  Exceptional Form
    3. 8/10 -  Very Good Form
    4. 7/10 -  Decent Form
    5. 6/10 -  Average Form
    6. 5/10 -  Low Mood
    7. 4/10 -  Very Low Mood
    8. 3/10 -  Extremely Low Mood
    9. 2/10 -  I am struggling and need help
    10. 1/10 -  CRISIS, please reach out to me
