Dr. Nicole Rochester obtained her undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University and her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the George Washington University School of Medicine.

During today's interview, Nicole describes why she began working as a coach and consultant for patients with complex medical problems who needed help making decisions and navigating their healthcare journey. She also explains how she began providing these services on behalf of large health systems and hospitals, which is a much more sustainable model.
