We have all been in the position where our customers, friends, or family do not listen to us when it comes to taking care of their car. It can be an extremely frustrating situation and how you choose to handle it is going to define your life/career with cars. Probably one of the biggest lessons I have had to learn is to let things go and know that you have done the best you can do. Just continuing to educate your clients is sometimes all you can do and if they won't listen to you moving on is one of the toughest things you will have to do.
Plus we talk about my new BMW and how the owner has a car cover on my car!!!
