On today’s episode we’re chatting about - how to fix your body image in the summer: whole-hearted eating edition. We’ve been conditioned to believe our bodies are broken and they need to be fixed; and the only way to fix this is to change our bodies so we’re more comfortable with the way that they look. But we know that these methods are always very restrictive, and never lead to a sustainable outcome that actually makes us feel better - because changing your body won’t fix your body image. You can’t diet your way out of bad body image. So what can we do instead? Enter the Whole-Hearted Eating approach!
