So many guys find themselves in the men's dating space because of a breakup and they want to re-attract an ex. I'm going to be real with you, largely this is out of pure laziness. They've found themselves back on the dating circuit, they think it's difficult, and they think getting their ex back is easier. It's low hanging fruit!
The truth is that getting back with an ex is rarely a good idea after all. 9 times out of 10, the story will end the same. Besides, Iron Rule of Tomassi #7 says it best:
"It is always time and effort better spent developing new, fresh, prospective women than it will ever be in attempting to reconstruct a failed relationship. Never root through the trash once the garbage has been dragged to the curb. You get messy, your neighbors see you do it, and what you thought was worth digging for is never as valuable as you thought it was."
