On this week's episode of SDR we talk about the similarity between Christian's weight loss journey and the process of getting a service department into shape. When you boil it down, the recipe is pretty similar in both scenarios. First you have to admit to yourself that you've let things get out of hand and come to terms with that reality. Then you need to set some goals, and get resources to help you stay on track. The biggest roadblock in both cases is your own mental frame, and it's crucially important that you get in the right mindset. Once you do, you'll see a pretty amazing ripple effect on the rest of your life. Once you fix your business, you'll start to fix other parts of your life the same way.
