The things you should do when you are feeling unmotivated, scared, afraid, or even unsure of what direction to take. You might be surprised by some of the things I suggest (and don’t worry…I’m not going to tell you to go climb a mountain lol). But these are the EXACT things I’ve done that have always helped me when I feel stuck. Every day I am actively trying to mold myself into the person I want to become.
