This week in the Ones Ready Team Room we sit down with the TSgt Cameron Spencer who is the part of the 330th Recruiting Squadron.  He is the Special Operations Recruiter (SOR) for the greater Tampa area in Florida.  Almost a month ago now we asked you what burning questions you had for a SOR.  During this two-minute drill construct we tried to get to as many of those questions as possible while giving you detailed information.  We cover drug use, vision, preparation, mental toughness, and even two more books for you to add to your reading list.  Please enjoy the episode and give us your feedback.
