How to journal for creative ideas (So basic, but works)

This is my strategy for coming up with ideas for my videos, clients, and permisslioness apprenticeships.

These are the basic note pads I use to journal. (affiliate)

3 Pages total:

  1. One page free write (inspired obviously by “The Artist’s Way” morning pages.
  2. One page (Write down what you're grateful for)
  3. One page ideas (just pick one thing) and come up with ten ideas/solutions for it (bluesky, brain dump, whatever you want to call it)
