We are not the same every day. Like the cycles of life, we aren't meant to be yet we expect so much of ourselves that any variation on our perceived best is not only misunderstood but often criticised - mostly by ourselves.
We are all, men and women alike, old and young, from every ethnicity and orientation, subject to the various cycles of life and of being. How we navigate these can have a huge impact on how stressed we are and can offer clues into how to manage stress more effectively.
The various cycles relate to the 24 hour clock, the days of the week, the months of the year, the seasons and also our time of life. For women it will also relate to our menstrual cycle, the perimenopause and the menopause (and of course, men can experience the effects of these if their partner, sister, friend, or parent is suffering, as many women do),
In this enlightening interview, with Inner Connection Coch Lizzy Kurtzer, we will learn more about these, how they affect us and what we can do so we work with them rather than against them.
We will also demystify feminine and masculine energy which has nothing to do with whether you were born a man or a woman but everything to do with how stressed, productive, relaxed or compassionate you are. We all need a little of both: knowing when and how is an art-form.
The aim of this interivew is for you to learn how to be more mindful about what cycle you are in and how to optimise your wellbeing through the changes.
Enjoy! And do like and share: you never know when it will arrive at just the right time for someone. Oh, and if you haven't already, do subscribe. I put content here that are relevant to living life with more ease and less stress.
