I get asked this all the time... many clients or prospects say they want to invest in their marketing but there isn't any money. But think of it this way -- if you needed emergency surgery you wouldn't say "I don't have the money." Instead, you would have the surgery and find the money for it later... because there is a sense of urgency.
You need to create a sense of urgency for those clients. When you identify the problem and a sense of urgency, they'll find the money.
