This week's call comes from Peter, a Shop Foreman, who's looking to add some order to the chaos. He feels like he can never really plan a day or get ahead of it, and wants some advice. Chris' advice is that if your bathtub is overflowing, you need to turn off the faucet. You have to create a system so that waiters are processed in an efficient manner. Controlled chaos is still chaos, and you'll never be able to get ahead until you get your system in place.
