Joshua (channeled by Gary Bodley) explains how most of our limiting beliefs have been inherited from others. Other people have fears and beliefs and they want you to feel the same way and fear the same things. But you never really created your own limiting beliefs through experience. As you learn how reality really works, you can prove your limiting beliefs are false through experience. Kate talks about seeking approval so that she can feel worthy, Joshua says it's the reverse. Once she feels worthy, she'll receive feedback that reflects how she feels. Wendy asks about responsibility and whether or not she's responsible for other people. Joshua says she's responsible for everything in her reality because she's creating it, but that she's only responsible for how she feels about her perception of other people. Joshua talks about solicited and unsolicited advice and if you really need to help people. Astrid is now feeling good all the time and thinks everything is good. Joshua knows that she's been feeling good because she's not really putting herself out there and asks her to expose herself to some potentially bad feelings rather then to play it safe. Steve is having a hard time feeling good, and is not sure how to honor himself and other people. Joshua advises him to see how everything is happening for him and for everyone else in his reality, how they are all getting what they want even though they seem miserable. Joshua also tells him it's okay for him to feel joy while others are wallowing in negative emotion. Kyla has an irrational fear of being seen for who she really is. Joshua explains that she is who she is and there is nothing wrong with anything about her because it's all stuff she chose to come into this reality to experience.
