Our guest this week is Amelia Ihlo, owner of Rooted Farmers. Amelia began flower farming five years ago after feeling called to a more back-to-nature approach to life. She lives in New Hampshire with her husband, children, chickens, and ducks. They have about an acre in flower production, which is mostly field grown or in their one NRCS high tunnel.
