Happy Thursday! Sorry there was no episode on Tuesday, needed a day to stop and reconnect with myself. Winter is approaching and I can feel the big SAD creeping up on me. Seasonal affective disorder is something I’ve dealt with for a long time so I wanted to get on here this week and share some of my favorite tips and tricks for how I make it through the colder months. We talk warm foods & soup season, favorite recipes and reconnecting with your favorite things, fall activities, nesting and how to make your house a safe place, scary movies, plants, getting outside, overall simple tips to make life not so hard on us, and to keep us from being hard on ourselves.
