Bring more awareness to your body, notice when there was shift in how you are feeling. That change might have been the beginning of catastrophic thinking!

1- Identify what's going on
2- Distract yourself (call a friend, turn on music, workout, etc)

you'll need:
2/3 cup Greek Yogurt
1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology protein powder
1 tb of Peanut Butter
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
(you can also add dark chocolate chips and sprinkles)
Mix together and dig in! You can dip fruit in it, or spread it on a rice cake!!
