~ Most of our lives are actually lived in the middle, we aim for the mountain top moments and the moments where we have the victory and cross the finish line but the majority of the time of the race that we run is spent running the race and enduring the sore legs and fatigue. 

~ There is very little that we can control the outcome on, what we can control is our effort.

~ Implementing a sabbath, creating a regular rhythm of rest, consistently for a year, was helpful for us, our marriage and family.
