In this solo episode, Jenny muses about career transitions and offers advice from nearly ten years of working with women in various stages of their career journeys. Jenny goes through the steps she coaches women in her 1-1 sessions: from self-auditing to setting intentions to doing your homework. The final stages– being willing to let it go and trust the process– are often the hardest to embrace. Sitting in gratitude, being fearless, and taking a risk while trying to enjoy the experience of letting your career path unfold is not easy; however, bringing a sense of joy and curiosity will make the experience less scary and get you where you want to go quickly.
