I love being back with you and I am ready to roll in the deep. 

I am starting this season with a renewed sense of curiosity around “expertise”.  

Can we be an expert when it comes to our energy? YES!  

Does your energy define just about everything in your life? YES! 

I want to explore how we can become more masterful with our energy and be in FLOW more of the time. 

This episode is my typical rumination on how energy is the “secret sauce” to living a joyful life.
