In this episode we chat to Nic Bowen, Chief Winemaker at Howard Park Wines. Nic gave us great insight into the Great Southern and Margaret River wine regions of Western Australia. We know the Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon from Margaret River is fantastic, but he highlighted the amazing hidden gems of Sparkling Wine and Riesling from the Great Southern. He also shares his wine story, the history of Howard Park Wines, and takes us through a flight of their wines which included a N.V.
