He talks to Brian and Brad about working with one of our premiere outfitters and what it looks like when nearly every aspect of an adventure goes the way it is supposed to go. Plus, Shay is now that much closer to his North American 29- a big game hunting Grand Slam.
This week we present a Hunt the World classic episode, one of our top ten. In today's podcast Brian and Brad are back in the states after an epic adventure hunting Marco Polo Sheep and Ibex in Tajikistan. They are joined by their expedition partner Jonathan Angner. In this episode they describe in detail the logistics of travel, what to expect and how to adapt to the culture and climate. They each filled their tags and describe the hunt, which includes what is probably a book Ibex that Jonathan harvested. If you're thinking of an international adventure, this is a can't miss episode. Thank you for listening and share the podcast with a friend. We appreciate you!

The North American Super Slam consists of 29 species spread across the continent. And if an adventure hunter harvests all 29 it puts that hunter is very elite company. On today's Hunt the World podcast Brian and Brad welcome in veteran hunter and explorer Shay McGowan, one of our Rolling Bones members, who is getting very close to achieving this lofty goal. Shay shares the stories of how he got started in the quest, how RBO advisors have helped with strategy and tactics and how soon he thinks he'll get all 29. The list of species is challenging and often the list itself is a "moving target" that can add months or even a year to the planning. Join us for Shay's incredible story.
A shrewd investor knows that in tough economic times there are rare opportunities. In the hunting adventure space we are seeing that everywhere. There are golden opportunities to book an adventure hunt at a healthy discount. In fact, we've never seen so many and Brian and Brad will cover a lot of those in this week's podcast. Now is a great time to put together a strategy and book that adventure. Thank you as always for listening and we'd love it if you'd let others know about the podcast.
On this week's Hunt the World podcast Brian and Brad recount the story of their most dangerous hunt yet. Once you listen to the podcast you can watch the actual incident on RBO's YouTube page HERE or go to youtube.com/c/rollingbonesoutfitters. Thank you for watching and we invite you to share the podcast to help our audience grow.

Before 2021 RBO Platinum member Chad Carpenter had never hunted big game. He grew up in Nebraska and hunted a little pheasant but nothing serious. But then, this father of six, was prodded by one of his boys to go deer hunting. He signed up with Rolling Bones and the rest is history. Chad is one of our 2024 Platinum draw winners who chose a free guided hunt in New Zealand where he harvested a 600"+ trophy Red Stag, Arapawa Ram, and Fallow Deer. On this Hunt the World episode Chad tells his story to Brian and Brad - how he took each step on his journey to becoming a world-class hunter in three short years. Thank you for listening!
