I gained weight on a compounded GLP-1… and what happened next sent me down a rabbit hole of weight loss medications, Reta, and gray market peptides. 

In this GLP-1 update, I’m sharing why I considered trying Reta, why I ultimately decided against it, and how I ended up injecting a different peptide every day before asking myself, “Girl, how did we get here?”
