Sleep is so important for our ADHD brains (really for any brain), that we are going to continue to talk about how poor sleep heightens our ADHD struggles, and how good sleep gives us the physical and mental strength we need to take on the challenge of focus, memory, motivation, emotion control, and even anxiety to name a few.
