I have shared many times that everything we go through, someone else has as well. In December I started limiting my alcohol intake and it slowly faded from there. Over the past 7 months I’ve had major changes in my body, habits, mood and more! Today we’re chatting about all of that, giving some advice for those who may be looking to go NA and sharing some things I’ve learned.
