arbeitet seit 2011 im Bereich Coaching & Training und forscht seit 2016 zu Coaching als Personalentwicklungsmaßnahme in der Abteilung Sozialpsychologie des Fachbereichs Psychologie der Universität Salzburg sowie als Forscherin des Institute of Coachings (Harvard Medical School Affiliate).

Dr. Mark McKergow is the director of SF work, the centre for solution focus at work in Edinburgh, Scotland.  He is the author of the first book on solution focus in organizations together with Paul Jackson “The Solutions Focus” and he will have a new book on solution focused and next generation of solution focus coming out next year in Routledge.

In this podcast, Mark McKergow and Kirsten Dierolf are talking about Mark’s model of the “the circle of acknowledgement and the circle of progress” – how coaches can support clients by being interested in the progress they want to make or they have already made but also acknowledge the difficulties they are facing. It is a model that can help any coach whichever approach they are taking.

Werdegang Julia:

Julia Lemmer ist studierte Diplom-Psychologin und zertifizierter Business Coach. Sie arbeitet als Manager für die internationale HR Beratung Kienbaum sowie als Head of Coaching für den Digital Coaching Provider evelop_me – einem Angebot von Kienbaum.

In ihren über zehn Jahren Erfahrung mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich der Führungskräfteentwicklung hatte Julia Gelegenheit, ihre Coaching-Expertise in verschiedenen Rollen zu leben. Sie arbeitet selbst als Coach in verschiedenen Organisationen und begleitet damit Führungskräfte in ihrer Entwicklung. In ihrer Rolle als Head of Coaching bei evelop_me verantwortet sie die inhaltliche Entwicklung des digitalen Coaching-Produkts evelop_me und beschäftigt sich somit intensive mit der Frage, wie Coaching durch digitale Elemente angereichert werden kann.

Zudem hat sie in den letzten acht Jahren einen Coaching-Rahmenvertrag mit den Europäischen Institutionen geleitet, der 2019 mit dem ICF Prism Award Belgium ausgezeichnet wurde. Auf diese Rolle sowie dieses Projekt möchten wir heute den Fokus legen.

Ann Dorgan is PCC and board member of ICF Foundation and she holds the role of Treasurer.

Apart from that, she is CEO and founder of Gumball Enterprises, a Leadership Development Company who’s expertise is Executive Coaching and Strategic Advising in Innovation Labs and Fast growing organizations.

Kirsten Joel have a very interesting conversation around his research around “the coaches’ journey”. Kirsten and Joel talk about this evolution and how coaches can develop excellence, about “deliberate practice” and how coaches can become “Yoda-coaches”. Reflective practice and self-development as they are now part of the updated core competencies are an integral part of it.
