I was super grateful to get Rita on for this episode of The Eben Flow. Rita Rogers is an ICU nurse in Illinois, she is a mom and very deep thinker. We discuss covid-19 and what the experience has been at her hospital, as well as, the practices that have emerged out of this worldwide lockdown. As a frontline worker through this pandemic, I believe you will find her perspective very intriguing.
