I eventually got to listen to the webinar....it was great thank you...what really resonated with me was when you spoke about how when the body is not feeling good, illness, or out of alignment, the mind gets lost and there is more self referencing....oh my god this is exactly what I notice as I struggle with health and feeling my best as I've fibromyalgia and it can flare up at any time ...the body has very little energy , feel weepy and overwhelmed especially with work...I usually end up being very hard on myself and reinforce my conditioning and sub conscious program that I'm not good enough!
I especially seem to have these avalanche of negative spiralling thought patterns when it comes to work...
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated...
