Welcome to the Stealth Kindness Guided Meditation.
This mediation was created to accompany session #10, CHANGE YOUR FOCUS CHANGE YOUR LIFE, to help elevate your practice from that session.
If you haven’t listened to that session, that’s okay too, you can jump right in and do the work.
You can do this practice while working, driving, or sitting in a space wherever other people are present OR you can also do this practice in the privacy of your own home by calling others into your safe space visually during your meditation, people that you know may be needing compassion, comfort and love, and that is exactly what we will be doing today.
By doing this practice daily it will increase your focus on compassion for others and it will also increase positive and effective experiences for you. You may even find your response is heightened to witnessing when others may be in distress.
Not only have kindness meditations shown promise in helping to decrease depression and social anxiety, but they also increase positive feelings such as love, joy, cheerfulness, appreciation, fulfillment, amusement, and complete awe.
You will find yourself with higher overall life satisfaction - which I think is more than enough reason to practice this great meditation daily, where ever you find yourself in the moment.

Yes, this meditation is known for cultivating loving-kindness towards others, but a huge benefit is that it can also help YOU to let go of overthinking and concentrate on calming that busy mind.
This guided meditation combines awareness of the breath with compassion for the self, knowing that where you are today is exactly where you are meant to be.
In this practice, we will use the breath as a tool to support the cultivation of self-love while releasing fear and doubt.
