Ive spent my whole life not knowing the answer to "Are you an introvert or an extrovert?". There are some days I feel hopeless and other days I feel powerful. Some days I take the reign and am in full control, while other days I can't even choose what I want for lunch. Todays episode I am talking about where the lack of certainty comes from, and where the obsession with control comes from, and how I came to realize things that stemmed from childhood. No matter the source, its my job to let go, find a solid ground to stand on, and build the human I want to be.
