Even those of us who had loving and supportive childhoods knew that moment when we became aware that the world outside of ourselves had the potential to rough us up a bit. As we go through life the places where others have been roughed up, roughs us up a bit ourselves through our interactions with each other. In this session we will travel back in time to our own childhood, where we will learn to love ourselves in our purest form, as a child.
