 If you're a yoga teacher or a wellness professional  growing your business so that you can help more people and be free to keep doing what you love to do, there are certain things about running a business that can feel uncomfortable and even feel like they're going directly against your greater mission of spreading health and wellbeing, and joy and light. 

Such as profit, sales, marketing, etc. In response to this discomfort, many of us keep focusing on what we do best and ignore those things, push them off until "later", do them as little as possible.

Today, I'm sharing 10 things in business that we don't really like to focus on as wellness professionals. When you change your mindset and start focusing on these things—like I did—you'll experience more rapid growth, ease, and joy in your business. This transformation will enable you to reach your next-level goals of impact and growth, helping more people while staying free to do what you love every single day.

 If you're working on setting goals for the new year, and you start hearing thoughts of imposter syndrome telling you, "Who am I to dream that big? Who am I to do this? We're exploring how imposter syndrome is not actually a problem. It's not assigned telling you that you should not go after your goals, that you still have things to learn before you do, instead, it's a sign that you're simply expanding into your next level.
