November 13, 2021 Episode 151 | Stop MINIMIZING Your Life
In my IG Stories earlier this week, I (quite vulnerably, I might add) shared my struggle with once again entering the season of "not knowing". My inner winter tends to coincide with summer as well as actual winter, which I suppose would be my "off seasons", whereas spring and fall are my "on seasons". The question that's been circling my mind as of late is, "Why am I minimizing my current life experience?" Another way of saying this is, "Why don't I feel like it's enough to be where I'm at *right now*?"
This is a loaded question, for obvious reasons... but through the context of quantum physics and viewing my "life timeline", I've picked up an entirely new perspective. And that's what I'm sharing in today's episode. So if you, too, have wondered about if things had happened differently in your past, how your life would be playing out right now, and what ruminating over this might be costing you (because it's A LOT), this is definitely an episode you'll want to listen to 🙌

There's a mass awakening occurring right now of intuitives, mystics, healers, empaths, witches, psychics, and the like 💜✨🔮As someone who's fallen into this category for the last 4 years, my biggest takeaway is this: do not waste your time and energy trying to justify, prove, or explain yourself to those who are committed to misunderstanding you 🙌🏼 By doing so, you only keep yourself small and dim your light further. We’re better than that 🥰
WHAT IF . . . you're among the rare few who aren't meant to be understood? To be accepted? To be liked, even? I've had to ask myself all of these questions and more as I've stepped into the Divine Feminine. I've also had to be okay with the answers, even when they disappointed me. Even when they scared me. Even when I wanted to cry and hide and hermit myself into isolation 😅
Heeding this call is some of the most rewarding work I've done thus far. Challenging as hell, yes . . . but beyond rewarding. I recorded this episode for those of you who've also heard the call of the Divine Feminine. I want you to know that you are safe. It it safe to answer it. It is safe to be who you really are. The more I reflect on my old processes and ways of doing things (the way I was *taught*), the more I've come to realize just how backwards it all is. De-conditioning the mind of its old habits certainly isn't a cakewalk, and it takes being bold enough to ask the hard questions like...
👉🏼 “Why is achievement and striving so highly valued in society?"
👉🏼”Where did I learn this? From who? And why might they have taught it this way?"
👉🏼 “How can I unlearn this? Am I willing to expand my perspective and reach outside of my comfort zone?"
👉🏼 “What if one way works for some people, but a completely different way works for me?"
I'm touching on these questions (in the overarching way that I do 😉) in today's podcast episode. We've got a lot of metaphors—goalposts, forests, paths, rivers, canoes, paddles—so hopefully one of these, if not all of them, will make sense 😆 I hope you enjoy it, and I'd love to hear your thoughts if you're someone who's taken the road less traveled when it comes to setting goals!

July 25, 2021 Episode 147 | Why Being ALIVE Is Still WORTH IT
I was going to wait until next week to post this episode, but my intuition is pulling me to post it today (get that reference? 😉), so today it is!
I've recently come across this trend on TikTok about people posting videos and comments about "unaliving" themselves, which is certainly hard to see from a spiritual perspective, but even more so as a human being with a beating heart.
Is there a collective understanding that the world has (and will continue) to go to shit? Yes. I know this because I've tapped into it *often* in my energetic sessions.
So yes, there may be some triggers in this episode if you're currently struggling with your mental health—I want to be upfront about that. But my intention in recording this episode is pure. As you may well know, I'm all about perspective shifts, realizing that our thoughts nor our emotions are actually "us", and that we hold so much more power than we realize. This physical, human experience isn't always an easy one, but it IS WORTH IT. And that's what I really want to talk about today... the WHY.

we're getting a little personal on the podcast today. being pushed by pain is something I struggled with for far too long. as a collective, there's this weird messaging ingrained in us that things have to be a struggle, that only when we're pushed to our limits do we actually make real and lasting change.
but what if that weren't the case? what if you could be pulled by inspiration instead? I used this recent approach with my most recent endeavors (intuitive card readings), and let me tell you, it is *much* preferred over being pushed to your breaking point through pain and struggle.
what if... there is no sacrifice? no need to martyr? what if it's not a "this or that" mindset, but a "this AND this" mindset? I've always learned best through personal examples and hearing other peoples' stories, so that's what I decided to offer in today's episode: specific examples of when I've been pushed by pain, as well as what it's been like shifting to a more inspired, free-flowing approach. as always, take what resonates, leave what doesn't.
