It was a first day of school a classroom of third graders will probably never forget. When the teacher was reportedly acting weird, a school official checked in and thought the teacher smelled of booze. Then after denying she had been drinking that day, she blew three times the legal limit on a breathalyzer. And the clean-up continues in the wake of tropical storm Hilary which dumped nearly a year's worth of rain in some areas in just a matter of hours. One of those places was Cathedral City, near Palm Springs, where desert sands were transformed into dangerous mud. At one assisted living facility, they needed earth movers to rescue some of the elderly residents. Plus, in the heat of the summer, there's nothing more refreshing than ice cream. However, there was something terribly wrong at one ice cream shop - three people died and six others ended up in the hospital after having milkshakes. And she's a former juvenile court judge now starring on her own TV show. And she's a victim of groping and she says it left her shattered. Judge Hatchett was assaulted by, of all people, a local sheriff. Now he's out of a job…and the judge is speaking with our Les Trent.
