Why create a vision board?

Let me start by sharing that I’ve created a vision board a year for the last 35-years. A vision board can help bring your big visions and soul-led desires to life by providing a tangible way to connect with those desires. My husband and I make one every year together, and I love leading my annual Vision Board Challenge every January (BTW there’s still time to sign-up and join us now!).

For me, vision boarding is more than just listing material possessions or goals. It's about creating a physical representation of the experiences and feelings we want to manifest in our lives. It’s also important to reflect on what your vision board is calling in and adjust as-needed (Trust me, there were many times I put something on my board - and Spirit showed me a whole other plan!)

On this episode of Woo2 my Executive Producer, Connie Diletti and I discuss the magic of vision boards, setting intentions, using affirmations and the importance of clarifying your ‘whys’ when vision boarding.

Who doesn't love synchronicities?!

We love this magical, auspicious topic here on Inside the Wooniverse, so today on Woo² my Executive Producer, Connie Diletti and I, will be exploring synchronicity more in depth. 

Can it be just a coincidence? Or is there a cosmic organization constantly working and weaving our lives together? From meeting my husband to hiring Connie to produce my podcast, there are so many examples of synchronistic, jaw-dropping moments that could not have happened by chance. 

Perfect timing, awe inspiring events, people and places that catapult you forward; we believe there is an intelligent thread that pulls you through the toughest of challenges, the tightest of spots and provides you exactly with what you need to grow and evolve in this life - and that thread is called Synchronicity!

Relax. Breathe. Fidget with your fingers. Focus on the lady behind you that smells like a plume of bad perfume. Chase the ideas around in your head for the next ten minutes. Grab onto the most stressful ones first - like paying your bills or the fight you just got into with your partner...

Wait, no! That’s not how it’s meant to go!
