I’m an operator. All my life, I’ve run stuff. I sat in the CEO’s chair and struggled with business expansion, mergers, and acquisitions, growing our team, and so much more. I know the kinds of challenges you face as a leader because I faced them myself.

As I started to climb the corporate ladder, I noticed I began to feel more and more alone. I felt like I had nowhere to turn where I could be completely honest and vulnerable about where the organization was struggling. But, I was lucky enough to stumble upon a unique approach that helped me break free of this struggle – leveraging the wisdom of others who had gone before me.

Simply by tapping into this external expertise, my team and I started seeing some serious results. When I took over Atlanta-based Assurant Solutions in 2005, it was a $2 billion purely domestic business focused almost entirely on a dying industry: Credit Insurance. During my tenure, the company grew to be a dynamic, high growth, digitally-astute global provider of protection products and other innovative risk management solutions.

That experience inspired me to spend my next chapter exploring and building upon the concept of wisdom-based learning. I joined GXG as CEO to lead the team in this mission. We’re seeing impressive results based on our body of work. Our radically simple approach has helped over 100 senior leaders within dozens of Fortune 500 / Global 2000 companies, generating over $400M in impact.
