New name, similar game! Another Mother Runner Trains is now Many Happy Miles podcast. Why? Because we want to spread the joy beyond just running and say “YAY” for any type of forward movement. Whether it’s an epic hike, a century ride, or your first brisk walk after a setback, we’re here to celebrate it all—and inspire you to move with joy. We’ll share your stories and glean advice from experts on all sorts of subjects encompassing healthy—and most importantly—happy living.
