Hello everybody, this weeks episode is going to be a quick little welcome message from myself Jessica Bakon (Jessy) who will be continuing on with the podcast for the next little while. I just wanted to say how excited I am for the many topics and guests that I have lined up for the podcast. The podcast will be posted each week on Wednesdays for anybody who may wish to know! I truly am grateful for the opportunity to interview so many amazing guests on some really important topics which I know do need to be spoken about more. I am also very much open to any ideas from the "Understanding Body Matters Podcast" community on potential topics to include as I know there are so many important areas to be covered.
