Today's episode is all about mentorship. I had the pleasure of sitting down with my mentorship student and friend, Trent to chat all about his experience with working with me 1:1 through mentorship. Trent had his skepticism in the beginning but decided to listen to his intuition and take the chance with working with me 1:1. I have been working with Trent for about 3 months now and have seen a profound transformation in his life. Together, we have worked through and healed past trauma, got to the root cause of his "issues", shifted his mindset, created consistency in his routine, began to heal his trouble with trusting people and himself, and so much more.
