Gabi Lumkes is a rising star on the long course triathlon scene, and we are thrilled to hear about her journey in the week's episode! From short course racing, to completing veterinary school, to competing in multiples 70.3s, Gabi has done a lot in the past three years.

In this interview, we hear about how she got her start in triathlon after running in college via the USAT collegiate recruitment program, as well as how she has managed her other career aspirations with being a professional athlete. Finally we got to hear about her top 10 and top 5 pro 70.3 finishes this year, and what she is looking forward to in this 2024 season!
