We are so excited to welcome an endurance athlete extraordinaire to the show this week in our interview with Emma Pooley! Emma is a multi time world champ and olympic and commonwealth games medalist on the bike, and a multi time duathlon world champ. In addition to all of that, in more recent years she has taken to gravel biking and mountain running, and even has a memoir coming out soon! In this interview we dug into all aspects of Emma's career, from fueling, to injuries, to travel, and everything in between. She has so many stories to tell as well as wisdom to share, and we are so lucky she was able to come on the show!
