This week we excited to welcome Laura Mathews to the IronWomen podcast! Laura has been competing in triathlon since 2017, and identifies as a lifelong athlete. In this episode she tells us all about how she got into the sport following a brief collegiate swimming career, and what her journey has been like. Laura also shares with us her unique passion for helping animals, and how that has led her to the demanding pursuit of completing a PHD program while also training full time as a professional athlete.
