Dana and Cristina chat about how sometimes, in order to repair your relationship with food or exercise, you need to repair your relationship with stress. We commonly think we have to control or remove our stress to 'manage' it, and when we feel like we can't control it, a lot of people turn to food and/or exercise. This is when your relationship with food and body image can be a red herring that become their own deeper problems! Food for thought: Are the things you're using to complete your stress cycle actually depleting you?
