This week's episode is a little in house debate. We got the MOPs & MOEs team together to hash out a sticky topic: Is walking exercise?

We certainly get into more nuance on than that. Is walking EFFICIENT exercise? WHO is walking appropriate exercise for? What does research say about various walking PROTOCOLS? There are layers to this conversation, and we peel several of those layers back.
