Birth trauma can have a huge impact on your mothering experience. This week, I have invited Emma Snelgar onto the podcast to chat about this impact and how to heal through your lived experience. Emma is a Registered Nurse and non-practicing midwife. She is also a Family Freedom Protocol and Timeline Reset Practitioner and a Healing Birth Practitioner. She has completed multiple other mental health and trauma trainings and certificates and now works with women who have had traumatic births to help them to debrief their experience and resolve any ongoing feelings left behind from the trauma so they can find healing.
