Big (E)m dons his pretty pink hair band to try and compete with Huw's headwear as they both try to distract themselves from the Scarlets performance last weekend. Unfortunately, the game needed to be spoken about and while they try to find a few positives - it was not an easy task.

There is other stuff going on but that game will haunt the boys thoughts for a while.
