Welcome to my Podcast!  I’m excited to venture on this journey of 2018, setting new goals, bucket list destinations and publishing my book.

In Episode 2, I discuss the key to actually accomplishing those New Year’s resolutions!  It’s all about daily, consistent action and setting realistic, attainable goals.  But, don’t be afraid of setting too big of goals, those are the most rewarding!
